We are looking for a passionate HRBP with a growth mindset that loves to nurture company culture while supporting its people and business needs. The HRBP’s main responsibility is to strengthen business performance through culture, talent, engagement, and organizational strategies. This position will partner closely with employees and leaders to enable organizational success. This position will be based in the Bay Area and report to the VP of North America HR.
Responsibilities:

• A trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to employees and people managers, focused on building morale, increasing productivity and enabling development and retention.
• Partner with the regional HR team on process improvement and other projects.
• Lead and deliver onboarding all new North American employees.
• Proactively partner and collaborate across the global HR organization, share information, and provide thought leadership and a solution-oriented direction to optimize the business value of the HR function.
• Drive the talent agenda and provide clear leadership on talent management, including assessing, developing, coaching, and mentoring.
• Actively engage with business leaders to understand teams’ pulse and to ensure organizational effectiveness and optimal organizational design utilizing the understanding of industry trends.
• Drive our HR strategy around talent and organizational opportunities, building and implementing processes that enable the company to scale at an accelerated pace while maintaining a high performing culture.

About you:

• Passionate about people and organizational culture.
• 5+ years experience as an HRBP in a growing tech company.
• Ability to coach people at all levels effectively.
• Expert in creating a trustful and respectful environment for all people.
• Demonstrated experience in building a workplace that creates a high-level of engagement.
• Experience supporting heavily matrix organizations and teams.
• Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
• Strong relationship building across on-site and remote populations.
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• General knowledge of state and federal regulations and local laws in the US.
• Experience supporting GTM and Sales teams is a plus.
• Must be able to physically be available in our Santa Clara office at least once a week.
