We have an amazing career opportunity for a Construction Scheduler to support our construction department by developing personnel schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the electrical phases within the residential new construction projects and can assign responsibilities to the correct team member.
WHO YOU ARE…
As a scheduler you are a great communicator able to establish and maintain working relations with employees and builders. You take pride in your ability to get things done and enjoy multitasking. You are a self stater and love to see projects through completion.

Requirements:
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE …
- Create schedules for the construction crew
- Ensure adherence to the schedule and verify the clock in – clock out procedure
- Communicate with builders to answer questions regarding the projects via the phone and email
- Review builders documents, such as production schedules and work orders to determine personnel requirements for the projects
- Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, QuickBooks and Google Suite a plus
