Full Job Description
We have an opportunity with a successfully growing company in the agricultural industry seeking Human Resources support. This is a fractional role (approximately 20 hours a week) focused on establishing an HR function. Initial areas of focus include:
- Implementing recruiting tools and processes
- Establishing HR policies and procedures
- Advisement on HR issues
- Diversity Equity and Inclusion
- Leadership development
- Professional development
- Performance management
This is a long-term assignment that could evolve into a full-time role if desired. Proficiency in English and Spanish is needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $46,570.00 – $51,043.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
