We are seeking an Experienced Account Executive to join our innovative and creative team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in private label fashion jewelry and responsible for strategic execution of customer opportunities.Responsibilities: Manage overall sales and product life cycle for existing clients to meet sales projections Prospect new accounts weekly Schedule and conduct seasonal & monthly market appointments with clients Create and analyze metrics and reporting of various kinds to continuously improve customer needs, adoption rate, and margin Conduct weekly & monthly comp shops with design Create industry intel reports Drive Innovation in merchandising & customer opportunities – responsible for “big picture” thinking beyond customer’s expectations to create growth and innovation Responsible for the complete understanding of customer accounts; able to communicate customer’s needs and expectations, educate other team members as well as push innovation in customer strategy Partner with Design to create assortment plans based on in-depth analysis and thought-through pricing strategy To foster a professional relationship with customers based on partnership, trust, skill & knowledgeSkills, Knowledge and Abilities 3-5 Years Solid sales Experience in the jewelry industry Costume jewelry, private label experience College degree is required Ability to work as part of a team and collaborating with co-workers. Ability to give direction to design, merchandising teams to achieve necessary results. Knowledge of retail landscape and apply it to customer product and placement strategies Knowledge of competitors strengths and weaknesses Ability to identify holes in assortments and opportunities with accounts. Skill in arranging product & creating programs that stimulate interest and entices customers to make a purchase Ability to understand and interpret sales reports. Strong communication skills Understanding of company and department goals Skill in performing under stress and time constraints in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work extra hours needed to meet deadlines Ability to travel to customer appointments Must be proficient in Word, ExcelJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $78,663.00 – $94,710.00 per yearBenefits:
