Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for assigned functions/departments and answer or route general HR related questions to appropriate personnel
Maintain familiarity with Human Resources policies, procedures, compensation & benefits programs, employee discipline procedures, and laws pertaining to employee relations, EEO, etc.
Ensure the availability and accuracy of the data maintained in the global and regional HR systems
Monitor transactional requests, follow determined workflows, and complete required system updates to optimize HR transactional processes
Oversee the workflow of HR data and information related to cross-functional processes
Provide expertise that informs HR business process design and/or improvement projects
This position pays between $17.62-$30.70/hour.
Qualifications:
Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or other related degree area
