-This Full Time Exempt position is responsible for management activities including; establishing, implementing and monitoring department plans for installation, service, sales and warehouse
-Also responsible for following and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure the company fulfills its contractual obligations in accordance with profit objectives
-Communicate and monitor goals and expectations both within the departments and operations staff
-Oversee day to day field operations for service and installation
-Supervise and constantly interact with the installation, service, warehouse and office teams
-Analyze process workflow; implement changes as needed
-Manage workload and schedules to best utilize manpower and maximize profits
-Meet or exceed all company goals
-Ensure all repairs and installs are completed to the highest quality standards and oversee the permitting process
-Directly responsible for interviewing, training, managing, and evaluating field technicians
-Work with employees to Establish, Monitor, Appraise employee job performance and development goals
-Ensure technicians are being dispatched effectively
-Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise solutions to issues or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
-Ensure all department operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, federal, and company requirements
-Ensure all team members comply with company policies and procedures
-Provide feedback to managers regarding market trends, revenue opportunities, customer issues, and all issues relevant to the business
-Work closely with Owners to implement policies and procedures and systems and follow through with implementation
-Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
-Manage relationships with key vendors
-Perform administrative duties associated with but not limited to, personnel evaluations, insurance reviews and claims, etc
-Oversee branding, advertising and promotional campaigns
-Carry out additional duties assigned by the Owners
-Ability to work over 40 hours per week as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
