​Cobblestone Auto Spa is the leading Car Wash, Oil Change and Convenience Store operator in Phoenix, AZ with 35 locations and now 19 locations in the Denver, CO area. We are rapidly expanding and are seeking a Project Manager to join our exciting Corporate Team, offices in North Scottsdale.

Project Manager – Architectural Development

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist Development Manager, Executive team, and external architects with multiple development, new site expansion, brand conversion, and various improvement projects.
• Manage a wide variety of design activities to include, but not limited to zoning entitlements, site plan & use permits, architectural design, document review, and city coordination.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules in coordination with other Cobblestone team members. Complete projects in accordance with approved budgets, criteria and schedules.
• Implement, manage and confirm obligations as detailed in escrow purchase sale or ground lease agreements for assigned projects.
• Work closely with various cities to expedite Cobblestone’s: entitlements & site plan approvals, building permits, and construction documents.
• Ensure smooth transition to Cobblestone’s construction team for competitive GC bidding process, construction, and critical C/O to operate. Coordinate with Cobblestone’s Development Manager to ensure diligence, city approval, and other legal deadlines are met.
• Manage consultant and contractor payment applications, including review of invoices for conformance with contract documents.
• Prepare & manage project status and performance reports for management.
• Provide general support to other Cobblestone Auto Spa departments as needed.​

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture is preferred (Master’s degree a plus)
• Experience working in architecture, preferably 2+ years
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD tools an advantage; not required
• Familiarity with building codes, permits and construction standards; especially in Phoenix, Denver and their surrounding cities/counties
• Flexibility to travel as necessary to meet project goals; mainly to Denver

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
