PARTS EXPEDITOR
Role Responsibilities
Ensure accurate communication between the maintenance employees and the service parts warehouse order system
Manage the order and control processes for parts inventories
Responsible for recommending changes in the min/max levels of parts inventories
Manage the completion of purchase orders with the employees they are assigned
Responsible for tracking and reporting the accuracy and status of order fulfillment
Communicate with manager /employees about parts issues
Assists A/P with invoice issues
Research parts information for employees
Assist settlement with part issues involved in activity settlement
Assist with the distribution of parts to employees
Role Requirements
High School Diploma
Previous experience in ordering/inventory partsis strongly preferred
General mechanical aptitude
Inventory experience
Budget management
Good communication skills
Excellent Computer Skills
SAP knowledge
Organization skills
Attention to detail
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8AM-6PM); subject to change
