LOCATION: RI ACI
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Clinically supervise all Counselors, and oversee clinical structure including maintenance of appropriate documentation
* Review clinical records for compliance (ie. PI standards, State and Federal criteria) and CODAC Policy and Procedures
* Interview and recommend hiring and dismissal of clinical staff
* Maintain and develop appropriate referral networks
* Review treatment outcomes and program development
* Communicate between Program Director and all staff on clinical issues
* Ability to carry a small caseload of MAT patients.
* Conduct interviews, orientation, training and evaluations of all clinical staff
* Monitor treatment utilization and effectiveness
* Conduct outreach and training
* Participate in Performance Improvement activities
* Monitor and oversee all related CARF standards (ie. Environment of Care)
* Coordinate internal and external service delivery
* Document all services in the patient record, to reflect Health Home and Treatment Services
* Obtain and sustain Motivational interviewing proficiency
* Participate in relevant and appropriate committees
* Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters in Behavioral Healthcare and have five to seven years’ of experience in the behavioral healthcare/substance abuse field.
