POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources/Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and human resources procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Human Resources/Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office oversight and task delegation. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding efforts, training, managing staff benefits enrollment and central files. Will provide a sourcing strategy and execute the hiring process, the sourcing strategy could include but not limited to networking, internet recruiting, social media, employee referrals, marketing mapping, etc. Will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Will need to be highly organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Ability to wear multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Effectively and efficiently perform human resources administrative and office support activities for CODICE operations. Maintains high level of confidentiality of executive and corporate business matters.
