Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Marketing activities related to Cognizant’s business process services, helping clients build and run modern operations. Our next-gen outsourcing offerings include location-based services, digital annotation services, sales and marketing operations and omni-channel customer experience solutions, and are fueling the growth of pioneering digitally native brands as well as traditional reinventors.
Working collaboratively with portfolio leaders in the service line, sales/commercial teams and all functional areas of marketing, you will be responsible for ongoing solution marketing for key portfolio areas and for contributing to high-impact, focused digital programs to grow pipeline and enable fast-paced TCV growth.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, intellectually curious portfolio marketing leader with experience in the business process services (BPS) market and intimate knowledge of market dynamics, buyer persona, buying journeys and influencers in the BPS space.
They are knowledgeable about how emerging technologies can be used to fundamentally change business models and how work gets done, drive client business value and outcomes – while understanding that human-centricity must be the attribute at the core of all modern businesses.
This leader will be a member of the Cognizant Digital Business Operations Marketing team, which is part of the Cognizant Global Marketing organization.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$165,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
