Job Description: Responsible for all patient accounts and collection functions. To include but not limited to handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers’ needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to satisfy outstanding patient account balances.

Working Conditions: Work from home. Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with weekend and evening hours as required though weekend and off hour work is expected to be very little.

• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

Job Tasks:

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Call customers/patients to inform them about outstanding account balances
• Review customer/patient accounts, providing updates and information regarding insurance paid to patient, payment collection
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned.
