This is a seven month co-op beginning May/June 2023 – December 2023. Candidate must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with projects and assignments related to annual HR processes (including but not limited to: Strategic Planning, Performance Impact, Leadership Development Reviews, Compensation Planning and Employee Engagement surveys).
Communicates with parties inside and outside of the HR function
Manages elements of diversity, recruiting and retention strategy, efforts and programs
Project work as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure in time-sensitive situations and manage projects of various scope
Experience with Workday HR System
Experience in the aerospace industry or manufacturing environment

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
