Due to growth in our retail operations, the Colonial Automotive Group has immediate openings for a dealership Service Manager in our Hudson location. The Colonial Automotive Group has 16 locations throughout the Metropolitan Boston, South Shore and Central Mass area. The ideal candidate will:

• Have Automotive Service Manager background.
• Have familiarity with Chrysler Jeep Dodge and RAM franchises. (Beneficial, but not required)
• Have ability in all aspects of fixed operations including warranty, customer pay and internal RO and work control, dispatch, technician interaction, business growth, customer relations etc.
• Work with advisors, BDC personnel and technicians.
• Work closely with all dealership personnel to ensure inventory health, customer experience and dealership CSI remains high.
• Possess the ability to work with staff to ensure that all operational guidelines are adhered to.
• Be familiar with AutoMate DMS as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills in both staff and customer facing situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,500.00 – $9,000.00 per month
