We are seeking a “Director of Operations” (job title is flexible). Glen Cooper, our president, seeks to mentor a successor. Glen is 74 years old with 43 years as a business broker. Glen’s webinars are available free on this independent industry site.Our applicant should not only want to become “the best” business broker in Denver, Colorado, but should also aspire to be a thought leader in this field. She or he should already live in or near Denver, and be willing to work from home, except for travel to client meetings in and around Denver with Glen and other brokers. Salary is quite flexible and could well be 6-figures by the 2nd year. This applicant will need to have good research and writing skills. We research and write client materials that are the industry’s best.Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Research and write client presentation materials w/Glen.
- Manage website and company CRM.
- Double-team w/Glen on sales presentations to client prospects.
- Assist Glen with administration.
- Work to become a business broker with your own clients if you want.
Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
