Vice President of Operations
Reporting to: President & CEO
Direct Reports: Branch General Managers, Operational Sales Manager, Denver Operations Manager
Description:
The VP of Operations role is responsible for all of the company’s safety, efficient operation, and financial metrics/KPI execution as well as setting global best practices for all operations. The expectation is that this role will maintain and continuously improve company SOP and processes as well as meet all key metrics set by the President. This role directs all company culture initiatives that are approved by the President/CEO.
