Shifts are 3pm – 9:45pm. Must be available Weekends.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a go-getter with an entrepreneur spirit, looking to take on a very busy restaurant and make it their own. This person must be passionate about investing in the talents of each individual on their team and be organized.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing both front of house and some work with back of house. We are a walk up grill where customers place their order with the hosts and choose their seat. This restaurant is a crowd favorite, offers a full bar, and is continually busy.

Expectations of the Job:
– You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
– To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.
– We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance the flow of the restaurant.
– Back of the house management experience is essential, as you’ll hire qualified Cooks and Wait Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
– We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
