The Senior Human Resources Manager is an essential and strategic partner of the business & the HR leadership team and supporting UHIN ‐ a strategic partner of Comagine Health.
The Senior Human Resources Manager performs a variety of complex human resources duties on a professional level, partnering closely with senior HR management and leaders across the organization, in supporting HR processes and department‐specific strategies. This role will partners with existing UHIN leadership to ensure the organization is providing a workplace which fosters employee development, coaching, accountability and engagement.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas for UHIN:
