Comcentric Hiring for Customer Care Manager – Telecom at Virginia Full Time

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for intermediate level implementation lifecycle management on a group of assigned customer accounts.
• Partner closely with sales and service delivery eco-systems to understand and implement sold solutions.
• Provide critical date management and escalation support to meet committed delivery objectives.
• Validate order details for sold services.
• Provide timely response to customer and service delivery inquiries.
• Owns and manages all customer communications or escalations pertaining to new install orders. Provides order status and drives timely resolution on behalf of the customer.
• Actively manages all service activation elements of customer orders from order entry through service activation.
• Communicates order status to customers via conference calls, emails and phone calls; provides timely response to customer and service delivery inquiries.
• Addresses customer requests, complaints and issues regarding their service order and delivery in a timely manner.
• Assists with escalations pertaining to a new customer install or disconnect, providing customer order status and/or related issues and drives timely resolution on behalf of the customer.
• Pro-actively manages the customer’s service needs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and that their expectations are met.

Qualifications Include:
3 to 5 years of telecommunications/technology experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 3-4 years of related experience
• Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
• Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Collaboration skills and use a team approach to accomplishing work
• Self-starter
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience using Computer Systems and Windows-based applications including word processor, spreadsheets
• Understanding of technical products and services
• Ability to stay focused during sometimes fast paced working conditions.
• Knowledge of order process and technical side of the provisioning process
