Currently we’re looking for a full-time or part-time Home Health Aide to join our amazing team in Rochester, MN for day or evening coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide health care services for clients in their home.
• Assist with client’s personal care activities.
• Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respirations, etc.) and record their condition.
• Maintain client care records and document provided services.
• Administer simple prescribed and PRN medications.
• Provide client comfort by utilizing resources and materials; (reporting observations of client to nursing supervisor).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with basic personal care and hygiene standards.
• Caring and compassionate personality.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma/GED

LOCATION:

• Rochester, MN

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time or part-time position
• Monday to Friday – flexible visit schedule
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
