TASK ANALYSIS
Oversee Payroll Manager whose duties include:
New hire enrollment paperwork , benefits and all related payroll items
Entire payroll process.
Bank Reconciliations, Quarterly/Annual tax reports, W2’s
Prevailing wage documentation, ACA documentation
Enter invoices in computer, reconcile Vendor statements to General Ledger.
Monthly AIA billing/invoice process (in house or contractor requirement)
Post billings and receipts in accounting system
Reconcile A/R to General Ledger for balance
Analyze monthly A/R report for money due in
Set up jobs from job folder/budgets into accounting software and excel for invoices
Help process all month end information for reconciliation for reviewing company financials with Accounting Manager
Includes Balance Sheet, P&L, WIP and Job Cost related information
Administrative duties include maintaining security files and procedures for Government compliance.
Correspond with our 401K representative on IRS changes, amendments, etc.
Process termination, hardship payouts, maintain audit records
Maintain Health insurance documents, administrative issues/renewal process
Maintain daily cash detail, cash receipts, sales and various daily items
IFTA reporting for heavy vehicles (quarterly)
Workers Comp reporting and maintenance of OSHA Form 300, Claims filing
Work as liaison with computer (3rd party IT) and office equipment issues
Work with Timberline software personnel on accounting and reporting issues
Varied responsibilities in keeping office procedures running smoothly between Owners, Project Managers and support staff. Good computer skills with Excel and Word. Accuracy is important over speed. Familiarity with Sage 300 Construction (Timberline) is a plus.
Willingness to do whatever is asked. Be a team player with the ability to see a task to its successful completion. All tasks are important whether they are large or seem small or menial.
This position requires patience and understanding the importance of being support staff.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
