CommonSpirit Health at Home is a full-service health care organization that believes the best place for someone to get better, and faster, is in their own home. Providing quality home health care for over 40 years through specialized home care, home infusion, and hospice care, across the country, CommonSpirit offers unique services dedicated to meeting the total needs of our patients.
**Responsibilities**
+ Initiates onboarding by facilitating background checks, drug screening, references, license verification, or other required pre-hire screens. Serve in the role of “super user” with pre-employment vendors.
+ Monitors progress of screens and resolves or escalates concerns; ensures accurate record keeping and documentation or results.
+ Regularly communicates with candidates, Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers regarding pre-employment screening statuses.
+ Analyze pre-employment paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness. Works with the HR Business Partner team to validate screening results.
+ Serve as a centralized resource on the Talent Acquisition team for the onboarding of all new hires.
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ One year of human resources support experience.
+ Related post-secondary courses may be substituted for human resources experience.
