DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will provide variety of clerical and administrative support for the Elk County Maintenance Organization. You will assist the County Equipment Manger, Mechanic Supervisor(s), and garage personnel with administrative activities related to equipment maintenance and garage functions, and will also perform duties in the front office as needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.
Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
May require travel, overtime, and dual shifts.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirement:
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
