The Health and Human Services HR Delivery Center, Employee Relations and Workforce Support Division, is seeking detail-oriented candidates for an HR Analyst position performing time administration. If you have experience in human resources, and an eye for detail, we want to talk to you!
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Under the direction of the Human Resource Analyst II, the incumbent of this position is assigned to the Central Personnel and Time Administration Section. This is an analytical position requiring knowledge and application of absence and attendance, Personnel Administration, Payroll rules application, policies and procedures. This employee is responsible for providing guidance and assistance to field human resource staff, including Field Human Resources officers, time advisors, facility management staff, Central Office managers, HRSC staff and BCPO auditors to process pay and grievance actions for the Health and Human Services Delivery Center (which consists of Department of Health and Human Services (DHS), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Aging and the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP)). The incumbent is required to use reference materials such as the Absence Manual, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and any other reference materials deemed important. This position will be headquartered in the Harrisburg Area Capital Complex, Forum Place Building.

Work Hours and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch
You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework)up 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: one year of experience in the performance of technical human resource duties; and a bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
