DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The main responsibility of this position is to offer clerical and office assistance within the Cook Forest State Park Complex. Depending on the situation, there may be assignments at Ridge Campground, Cook Forest, or Clear Creek Park Offices. The primary focus of this role is to warmly welcome and register campers and cabin renters. It is important to note that this position requires working seven days a week and may involve weekend shifts, evening shifts, and holiday shifts as necessary to ensure smooth park operations and meet seasonal demands.Interested in learning more? Full-time seasonal employment without benefits. There is no option available for the employee to buy in to group health care benefits. The season typically runs about 8 months per year.
Work hours will vary, Sunday – Saturday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed; 37.5 hours/week – 7-day operation.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
