Due to continued growth, CommuniCare Health Services is looking to fill the newly created role of Division Human Resource Business Partner serving our Heartland division which includes facilities located primarily in Ohio, as well as several located in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. This position can be remote but the candidate must be located within one of the following Ohio markets, Columbus, Cleveland, or Akron. This position involves 80% travel to various sites within Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Job Summary: The Human Resource Business Partner performs as a proactive and insight-driven partner to business leaders to lead organization and people excellence to effectively influence culture and deliver positive business outcomes. This position will also assess and anticipate needs in designated business facilities/geographic areas and provide integrated solutions by partnering with Divisional Director of Human Resources and other functional groups. Measurements for this position include: employee turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
