Full Job Description

We have a position open for Tower Construction Foremen, Tower Top-Hand, and Climber positions. These are full time positions, in AZ.

“Experienced” position Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of related experience within telecommunications or related construction industry
• Strong organizational communication (written, verbal and computer) skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, problem solving and verbal skills
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Superintendent, customer CM and Tower Technicians on the crew.
• Track and report project dates and project status daily. Including, but not limited to, daily reports & daily photos
• Able to follow direction precisely
• Work alongside and train tower technicians to construct, install and maintain communication towers and support structures.
• Possess the ability to resolve conflicts as necessary for project completion.
• Maintain a level of excellence in the crew’s quality of work and mindset
• Possession of a valid driver’s license that meets insurance requirements for company vehicles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must pass a drug screen

Experience on Construction Sites

• Working around heavy equipment and cranes.
• Ability to read written directions, works hands on with his crew, tower work experience in a supervisory role.
• Confident in Sweep Testing, PIM testing, RET commissioning
• Confident in hybrid cable placement, RRH installation and testing
• Able to read RFDS
• Able to match drawings with review of BOM

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Ability to work alone and with a team
• Must be able to stand, climb, work with your hands. Able to lift 50-75lbs.
• Must be willing to travel, if the job requires
