Certified Nursing Assistant/CNAJob Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor/manager is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support and health status of Community Care program members.Serves as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts.
Ensures care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care, the Program for all-inclusive Care for the Elderly and the State of Wisconsin.
Possibility of becoming a Med Passer
Certified Nursing Assistant/CNAJob Requirements:
Education:High School diploma or GED preferred
Licensure:A current Wisconsincertification as a Nursing Assistant required
Experience:Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.
Certified Nursing Assistant/CNAJob Schedule:
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 40 hours a week
Every other weekend
Every other holiday
