POSITION SUMMARY
The Community College of Aurora (CCA), under the leadership of President Dr. Mordecai Ian Brownlee, is establishing the Division of Enrollment Management & Pathway Success. The purpose of this new division is to transform the student onboarding experience, promote enrollment growth, strengthen academic program sustainability, shorten student time towards completion, increase student completion.
We are seeking an accomplished leader, collaborator, and motivator who will serve a critical role in ushering the Community College of Aurora into its next era of equitable student success and performance excellence.
The ideal candidate is a proven enrollment management practitioner influenced by technology integrations and disruptive innovations in higher education that seek to revolutionize prospect recruitment, prospect onboarding, student engagement, and program completion.

Supplemental information
Salary Range: $130,00.00- $140,000.00. This salary is determined by the qualifications of the selected candidate balanced with departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information. CCA offers an excellent benefit plan, including generous leave, holiday, and education benefits. Full time employees immediately upon hire earn 15 hours a month annual leave and 10 hours a month sick leave.
