Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to:
compensation, benefits, and leave;
performance and talent management;
productivity, recognition, and wellbeing;
compliance;
employee relations; and
training and development.
Responds to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating issues as appropriate, and communicating and enforcing C4 policies.
Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
Handles mandated reporting and employee notifications.
Maintains accurate and comprehensive employee records.
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with professional licensure and education requirements, and mandatory training.
Manages the Relias LMS system as Administrator, handling all necessary updates, maintenance and reporting.
Facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, including posting jobs, screening candidates, generating offer letters, processing background checks and coordinating onboarding.
Implements new hire orientation, including Day 1 orientation presentation.
Supports and executes employee engagement and recognition programs.
Processes Verification of Employment requests for loan forgiveness programs, reference checks and lender inquiries.
Serves as coordinator and secretary of C4’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee.
Accurately processes and documents internal transfers, in a timely fashion.
Supports maintenance, further development and updating of HRIS system.
Supports internal communications efforts, including administration and analysis of surveys.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned and undertakes special projects to improve HR systems and processes, streamline operations, and support employee engagement and wellbeing.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, as well as recommended practices in talent management and employee engagement.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems (currently Paycom).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least two years of human resource generalist experience
