The Recruitment Manager is an essential part of the Human Resources team responsible for leading the recruitment strategy for the organization. This manager will develop and continue to refine our strategy and recruiting initiatives, working with our leaders to implement best practice recruitment strategies when hiring for our open positions. The Recruitment Manager will manage the work of the staff recruiters and carry a small recruitment load as well working those candidates through the full recruitment cycle.
Salary:
$65,000 – $75,000

Responsibilities:
Plans and directs strategic recruitment initiatives for the organization.
Proactively monitors recruitment activity to ensure key performance indicator metrics are being met, including on-time delivery, fill rates, offer acceptance rates, offer declinations, early attrition, employee referrals, etc.
Provides innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet business objectives
Cultivates relationships with schools, technical programs, community organizations, and other recruiting sources.
Works strategically with our Marketing team to create and support recruiting and/or employment “brand.” Works collaboratively to create employment-specific campaigns both in print, electronic, and social media.
Responsible for cultivating and selecting recruiting sources appropriate to the role. If new sources are identified but require funding, working with Director of Human Resources as appropriate to obtain budgetary approval.
Evaluates industry trends, business drivers, market challenges and strategies.
Manages recruiting pipeline of both active and passive candidates. Keeps candidates engaged through the process through timely communication to both the candidates and the hiring manager. Works to build a candidate pipeline for both active postings due to attrition as well as future postings anticipated for growth.
Provides mentorship and guidance and training to recruiting team
Collect & analyze data to make decisions and recommendations on critical strategic issues
Develops and directs recruiting plans, using traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing creative and innovative recruiting ideas.
Invests time to understand our lines of business, including cultivating relationships with hiring managers, so that appropriate recruiting strategy can be created and executed to meet staffing needs. Provides feedback to organization if recruiting is hindered by operational practice(s).
Provides guidance/alternative solutions on issues that may be preventing a requisition from getting filled.
Follows employment-related social media campaigns and responds appropriately to questions and/or calls to actions.
Acts as administrator for the company’s applicant tracking system.
Drives process improvements: Work with leadership team to optimize and execute our recruiting strategies and process improvements
Works with external recruiting or placement firms if necessary.
All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors’ degree required.
Licenses or other required certifications: None
Experience: 3+ years’ experience. Recruiting for healthcare, caregiving, nursing, behavioral health, or other comparable industry is a plus. Experience working with an applicant tracking system preferably iCIMS.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities:

Skilled relationship builder
Computer literate with in-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products.
High degree of comfort and familiarity working and administering applicant tracking system.
Employee must be depended upon for their confidentiality and discretion as they will have access/exposure to information and data that is sensitive in nature.
Ability to multi-task and flexibility to work as part of a team.
Must be organized and detail oriented. Must have the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Demonstrates initiative and an appropriate sense of urgency. Exercises good judgment and escalates concerns as appropriate.
