Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will report directly to the Human Resources Director and will provide general human resources support to the Administrative Department. The Human Resources Coordinator carries out responsibilities in various aspects of human resources including but not limited to full cycle benefit administration, labor relations, auditing, and assisting with credentialing. The HR Coordinator stays up-to-date with workforce issues to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Assist with benefit administration to include updating benefit plans in benefit portal, preparing and conducting open enrollment meetings, assist
Administers human resources programs by providing human resources services, including employment processing, records management and completing personnel transactions.
Assists with compliance by following up and gathering compliance related items (TB tests, CPR/First AID certifications, Licenses, Credentials, etc.)
Responds to inquiries from employees and processes employment information/verification requests consistent with agency policies and confidentiality requirements.
Addresses benefits related questions such as leave of absences and benefits eligibility.
Assist with generating HR reports such as turnover reports and other HR metric reports using ADP and Excel for additional manipulation of data if necessary.
Assist HR Director with Assembling and tracking various leave of absence and workers’ comp documents
Enters employee changes/updates recorded on PAN’s and W-4 forms, new hire information, termination information, and other personnel action changes in employee file, employee matrix, and ADP records.
Education and Experience:
3 years of experience in ADP WorkForce Now or other ADP platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources required.
Healthcare and non-profit experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent follow-through and detail oriented.
Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, ChapCare has answered the call as a public health resource for our community. Many of our healthcare services can now be delivered through telehealth options such as telephone visits. In addition, ChapCare offers COVID-19 testing options for its patients and the community. ChapCare also regularly sanitizes its facilities following all safety guidelines set forth by CDC, state, and local health officials.
