Under the direction of the CEO, The Compliance & Risk Manager will be responsible for improving the patient and family experience through the investigation of patient/family concerns, complaints and other feedback received at Community Health. Will also coordinate the planning and managing of a comprehensive safety/risk management program for Community Health. Will direct and participate in the development of new programs, initiatives, and incentives to improve workplace safety. In addition, will provide direction and oversight of the Compliance Program including serving as the HIPPA Security and Privacy Officer. The role includes identifying and assessing areas of HIPPA and compliance risk for Community Health, communicating the importance of the Compliance Program to administration, Board of Directors, and staff.
