Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am-1:00 pm

Our agency provides aide, nursing, and therapy services in Rockland, Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester counties. Qualifications:

• 2 years of Business Development experience in healthcare; preferably in the home health segment.
• Bachelors degree in business related subject or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate with all levels.
• Demonstrated familiarity with home healthcare billing, payroll, authorizations and other back-end services.
• Must be able to travel territory of entire NY state (including overnight stays).

Preferred skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Use customer relations management system to record and track sales information and analytics.
• Identify opportunities with clients and act swiftly with direction from Business Development Director.

• Generate leads, conduct in person sales appointments, cold and warm calls and follow up with any home care company that may benefit by purchasing our billing, payroll, authorizations, and over various back-end services.
• Close business in the scope of the sales cycle.
• Control all phases of the sales funnel.
• Prepare weekly sales report and attend sales meetings.
• Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective clients that may be Key Opinion Leaders or Owners.
• Attend conferences, events and industry meetings to promote ales and network whether in person or virtual.
