Community Living Connections Hiring For Supported Living Staff for Active Young Woman, Madison (West) at Madison, WI  Full Time

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus! Support a young woman who lives in her own apartment, who loves watching and playing sports, listening to music, and going out into the community! She needs a team of staff to ensure she’s receiving supports 24/7 – giving you a variety of shifts to choose from! This woman would love to have staff who will actively participate in sport activities and other shared interests.

She is seeking staff for mornings, days, evenings, and awake overnight shifts. Awake overnights mean the Supported Living Staff will be onsite and awake, able to respond immediately when alerted that someone we support requires assistance during the overnight hours. Types of assistance may include responding to urgent situations, helping get up out of bed to use the restroom, etc.

Seeking calm employees who are reliable and quick to respond to urgent situations as they arise. Quality candidates are individuals who can work independently, exercise good judgement, are compassionate, positive and great team members! Experience isn’t required, we’ll train you & set you up for success!

Position Details

• Position Title: Supported Living Staff
• Earn $20.00/hour 
• ???????$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!
• Part Time and Full Time openings
• Shifts available*: a wide selection of shifts throughout the day! Including: days, afternoon/evenings, awake overnights
• Located on the West side of Madison, WI, with possible travel to surrounding areas
• REQUIRED: Access to a vehicle in good working condition, a valid WI driver’s license, an acceptable driving record and proof of vehicle insurance, which meets CLC’s standards.
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities not required
