Support Individuals With Complex Mental Health Needs & earn $20/hour PLUS $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Seeking calm employees who are reliable and quick to respond to urgent situations as they arise. Quality candidates are individuals who can work independently, exercise good judgement, are compassionate, positive and great team members! Available shifts include mornings, days, evenings, and awake overnight shifts. Awake overnights supporting these individuals will earn $20/hour. Types of overnight assistance may include responding to urgent situations, helping get up out of bed to use the restroom, etc.
About CLC: Community Living Connections (CLC) is a local nonprofit agency that supports adults with disabilities to live their best life in their own home and community. Position Details
- Position Title: Supported Living Staff
- Earn $20.00/hour during mornings, days, afternoons / evenings, and awake overnight hours
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!
- Part Time and Full Time openings
- Shifts available*: a wide selection of shifts throughout the day! Including: days, afternoon/evenings, overnights
- Located on the West side of Madison, WI, with possible travel to surrounding areas
- REQUIRED: Access to a vehicle in good working condition, a valid WI driver’s license, an acceptable driving record and proof of vehicle insurance, which meets CLC’s standards.
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities not required
*Open Hours may be subject to change without notice; a consistent schedule will be discussed at the interview.
