Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor and Industrial Relations or related field required. A minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or a closely related field required. Six years of experience directly hiring for complex positions will be considered on a case by case basis in lieu of education. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing is required.
