About Our Opportunity
As the HR Manager, you will lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, resourcefulness, and commitment in addition to the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
To be successful in this role, the Human Resources Generalist will guide and manager the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, employment/recruiting, organizational development, planning, and training.
Things You’ll Do Here
Support the development of HR-related strategies and ensure their implementation and execution
Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices, trends, and data points to drive enhancements
Collect and maintain all records and reports pertaining to human resources and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws
Develop effective relationships across the organization to promote good associate relations
Promote inclusion and associate engagement through various activities and programs
Advise, guide, and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of associate handbook, company SOPs, and organizational chart
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, offboarding, and current employment, including entering data into HRIS and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Drive execution of learning and development programs and expectations to maximize workforce productivity
Ensure learning and development needs are appropriately met
Respond to inquiries from government agencies including processing unemployment claims, disability benefits, leave administration, etc.
Administer benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates through cold-calling, networking, research, data mining, and the use of some of the best tools in the industry
Collaborate with our team to understand specific position requirements and job responsibilities, then execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for our clients.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
7+ years’ experience of progressive HR experience with working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
Knowledge of payroll and state employment laws
Extensive knowledge of all full life cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and workstreams simultaneously
Commitment and dedication to the work we do and the customers we serve
Teamwork and the strong desire for team success
Resourcefulness, creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving
Bonus points if you have:
SHRM-CP credential
Experience with Paycom or BambooHR
Where You’ll Work
This role is hybrid (work from home Monday & Friday and in the office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
