We are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients across all our service areas and are looking for a talented nurse to join our Lebanon behavioral health clinic team.
Responsibilities
- Operation of the Medication Clinic and providing nursing coverage for practitioner schedules
- Serving as a case manager for consumers in need of medication refills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced medical clinic environment
- Basic knowledge of computers and computer programs
Additional Responsibilities
- Flexibility for schedule changes and willingness to travel to neighboring clinics for coverage and training
- Conduct medication education sessions with clients
- Documentation for medication clinic and psychiatric consultations
- Administering IM medication, dispensing sample medications, and maintaining accurate medication logs
- Assisting with prior authorizations and coordinating medication orders and delivery
- Monitoring side effects and coordinating prediabetes screening
Requirements
- HS/GED required
- Associates/Bachelors in nursing preferred
- GPN, LPN, GN, or RN certification with successful completion of the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
