You Have
Expertise in compliance
Experience with Employee Relations
Ability to on-board and conduct orientation with new employees
Experience building relationships and collaborating with team members
Proficiency with our HCM and talent management systems, particularly Workday
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proven experience learning an organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
Data and solution orientation
2+ years of related experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role
You Will
Support leaders across the business to contribute to and achieve their organization’s goals through people initiatives
Partner with partners to improve operational performance by identifying areas of opportunity and facilitating necessary change programs
Engage leaders in the succession planning process by identifying talent, support development opportunities, and establish a pipeline for business continuity and growth
Maintain all employee data and HR documentation
Provide training sessions on important HR projects for employees and managers
Provide employees and managers with daily guidance on employment law, terms and conditions, and procedures to resolve and minimize problems and ensure a fair approach
Advise managers in formal employee relations matters, such as attending disciplinary and grievance hearings, ensuring consistency in adoption of disciplinary and grievance procedures
Manage the performance issues across the business by developing performance improvement plans and providing guidance to managers
Contribute to the development of procedures, updating policies following the HR strategy, best practice, and employment law requirements, including statutory and regulatory changes
Research HR best practices to achieve results. Use data and analytics to provide insights that guide HR solutions
Implement, monitor, and contribute to HR projects
Implement employee engagement activities and improve the employee experience
Support the New Hire Orientation and onboarding process, including HR operational and employment requirements of local jurisdictions and laws
Conduct exit interviews, analyze data for trends, and make recommendations for change
Work with the HR Manager(s) to support change management
Undertake other duties or tasks that may be allocated to the role

Base salary of at least $60,000 based on experience
Annual Corporate Bonus, 10% of annual salary based on company and personal performance

Virtual First and Remote Work
Concentrix’s B2B Sales Services Division is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but a space at home to work is required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is required in your home to attend and host video calls, a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is important.
