Concentrix is looking for a B2B product marketing professional to join our marketing team supporting explosive growth of our cloud contact center and conversational AI business. This position demands strong product and content marketing expertise combined with a desire to drive the sales pipeline to meet our aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global product marketing efforts from strategy to execution for select cloud and conversational AI solutions
• Strategic planning including client segment selection, demand generation resourcing, sales enablement and market penetration plans, and related product positioning
• Drive market expansion and revenue growth by developing marketing strategies to support sales efforts across the sales cycle
• Build an amazing, distinctive brand position and build awareness for Concentrix technologies and expertise through all relevant channels
• Oversee all aspects of assigned products and services including branding, public relations, advertising, content, events, collateral, analyst and market research, and website
• Work with digital and demand generation experts to build and execute high impact account-based marketing campaigns and content strategies
• Arm the sales team with the tools and materials needed to win clients across verticals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Creative thinker with interest in learning and adopting new marketing strategies and tactics
• 5+ years’ experience in cloud contact center or conversational AI technologies preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred
• Experience in product launches and orchestrating B2B multi-channel strategies
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Familiar with Marketo and Salesforce demand generation tools preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Office and visual design tools preferred
• Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills
