We are looking to hire an experienced Bookkeeper for a Real-Estate Company.Responsibilities;- Enter A/P & A/R in QuickBooks-Pay bills, send out invoices, print and mail checks-Reconciliation of monthly Bank account-Banking-Prepare Income & Expense Reports, Balance Sheet, P&L, GL and various other reports as needed-Organize draw packages in excel for various lenders re project financing-Work closely with the Management TeamSkills;-QuickBooks and Excel is a must-Real-estate experience helpful-Computer Skills-Written and verbal communication skills-Ability to work independently and as a team-Organizational skillsEducation;-College Degree – BS in Finance or Accounting-1+ years experience-Will also consider an Associate’s degree with 3+ years experience.
