Are you ready to take the next big step in you automotive career? We are seeking a General Manger to oversee all aspects of the dealerships daily operations including; staffing, procedures, operational budget and sales monitoring. This person will establish employee protocols and work closely with the owner to track the dealerships progress towards unit sales goals, profitability and other quotas. This person must also be tactical while overseeing the sales team, inventory and business operations along with determining future training needs for our sales staff.

Requirements:

• 3+ years automotive GM experience
• 5+ years in sales/supervisory capacity
• Hyundai, Kia, or Nissan experience preferred

Compensation:

$240k-$300k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $240,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
