Executive Chef / Instructor
Unique opportunity to teach at one of the leading leisure cooking schools in the country. Prepare gourmet meals in an upscale environment at one of the premier country inns in Texas. Menu and recipe creation with emphasis on farm to table. Average weekly hours – 45 or less. Culinary degree a must and teaching and hotel experience a plus. Must have good organizational and communication skills.
