We are looking for a Front Desk employee to work in our busy Pediatric Dentistry practice. This role is responsible for creating an outstanding experience during every interaction for both new and existing patients.
Monday – Thursday with the occasional Friday
Pay based on experience
Key responsibilities:
- Managing schedules
- Coordinating patients
- Managing phone calls/emails
- Collecting payments
- Managing the flow of the office to ensure the daily schedule remains on track and patient needs are fully met.
- Supporting the clinical side as and when needed by preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments and ensuring necessary equipment is ready for patient exams as well as room clean up
- Updating and maintaining dental records
Required Skills:

- Strong prioritization & organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Strong ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of multi tasking and managing deadlines
- Excellent computer knowledge (excel, word, email etc.)
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a can do attitude who is willing to learn
- Experience working in fast paced environments
- Experience working in front office role within dental preferred – we are open to candidates who have completed their Dental Assisting qualification who are looking for an opportunity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
