GENERAL SUMMARY
Performs human resources generalist duties which includes, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, coaching, counseling, pay administration, policy and procedure interpretation and department administration activities. Provides feedback to the HR Manager as part of a continuous improvement environment. Ensures compliance with internal polices, regulatory agency compliance, and maintaining a safe work environment.
As a Human Resources Department team member, participates in the attainment of department and company goals and demonstrates core values through work activities, actions, and behaviors.

The office environment is well lighted, and climate controlled. Working conditions in the foundry include: hot temperatures in the summer and cool temperatures in the winter; and continuous noise.
