Inbound Operations Manager reporting to GM/VP of Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Manager of Inbound Transporation to establish arrival schedules
• Own both receiving process and putaway team
• Manager Lead(s) to ensure proper execution and compliance to SOPs while hitting SLAs
• Partner with marketing and GM to build two way communication channels to ensure timely putaway and publish online
• Manage Variable cost of labor to meet financial goals

Outbound Operations Manager reporting to GM/VP Operations

• Partner with GM to establish outbound fulfillment schedule across all brands
• Manage leads for all brands to ensure SLA is met
• Manage and own variable cost
• Partner with the VP of Integration and GM to innovate and process improvement
• Be a problem-solving leader and looking to enhance the operation

WholeSale Operations Manager reporting to GM/VP

• Manage and own Wholesale execution across all brands
• Partner with Sales teams to ensure clear and transparent process exist in communication
• Execute per all brand packing and shipping guidance plans
• Manage a team of leads to execute the daily, weekly, monthly objectives
• Elevate and surface issues to leadership while providing problem solving solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
