The Operations Manager is responsible for daily workflow management, process improvement, the effective and successful management of personnel, productivity, and quality control under the direction of the Practice Administrator.
Position Responsibilities:
· Direction and oversight of Office Managers.
· Management of daily operations of the practice in collaboration with physician leadership and practice administration. This includes the development and management of daily workflow, effective communication, and customer satisfaction strategies.
· Assess, develop, and facilitate personnel training and development in collaboration with Office Managers.
· Assist with the implementation and execution of regulatory compliance.
· Triage of HR and workflow issues to the Practice Administrator.
· Oversight and management of professional relationships with referring providers and testing facilities.
· Initial point of contact for third-party projects.
· Organize and attend practice and operational meetings as required.
· Gather data and reports on clinic metrics; responsible for reporting accurate and timely data to Administrator
Requirements:
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or ten years management and human resources experience in a medical office setting.
· Excellent human relations, communication and organizational skills
· Computer proficiency
· Willingness to travel

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
