Operations Supervisor
United Facilities, Inc., is seeking an Operations supervisor for our distribution center located in Stockton, California. This position is responsible executing business needs from start to finish. While this is a M-F day position, you will need to be flexible to interact with all shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures safety of all Team Members

• Analyzes productivity, determines cause & effect makes adjustment to meet established goals.

• Coordinate all warehouse activities with supervisory team to ensure that required tasks are accurately completed in an efficient manner

• Ensures SOP s are followed for all warehouse activities

• Provide continuous coaching and mentorship

• Ensure on-site records, inspection reports, vendor records are in compliance and current

• Utilizes Continuous Improvement methodologies to improve performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience; as a warehouse operations

• Prefer an Associate s Degree in Logistics, Business or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $69,500.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 5 years (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
