Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO of Midtown Family Office
We are looking for a polished, professional, detailed oriented, and pro-active Executive/Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO. In this role you will be the gatekeeper to the CEO and assist with family matters. In office is required 4 days a week.
Duties include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, calendar management including scheduling appointments and making reservations, travel arrangements, organize events and coordinate family activities.
Responsibilities Include:
* Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO
* Take accurate phone messages and make sure all messages are given in a timely matter
* Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and his family
* Ad hoc projects
* Liaise with property managers/housekeepers of multiple homes
* General administrative tasks, including filing, copying, typing
Handle internal and external requests and queries appropriately and timely
Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Understanding of travel logistics
* Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Three to five years of Executive Assistant experience working with C level
* Three to five years of Personal Assistant experience
Compensation to commensurate with experience.
